Planning forms 

The quickest way to submit a planning application is online. When you create an account with the eDevelopment service, you will be able to use both the ePlanning and eBuildingStandards services to submit applications to all Scottish local and planning authorities.

If you wish to submit a planning application using paper forms, the following forms, and guidance, is available to download from the ePlanning website.
