We use Role Profiles, online Application Forms and Interviews to find the best person for the job. Through your application form and interview, you'll be expected to provide evidence of how your skills, knowledge, qualifications and behaviours meet the requirements of the post.

For every council vacancy, there's a role profile. This gives an overview of the post along with the skills, knowledge, qualifications and behavioural requirements.
Recruitment Panels use the Role Profile to shortlist candidates and gather evidence of the applicant's overall competence.

All our application forms and interviews are behavioural based.
