Role profile
For every council vacancy, there's a role profile. This gives an overview of the post along with the skills, knowledge, qualifications and behavioural requirements.
Recruitment Panels use the Role Profile to shortlist candidates and gather evidence of the applicant's overall competence.

Applicants are asked to submit a completed application form to be considered for any of our posts.
All our application forms and interviews are behavioural based.
