Mission Statement

"To make available safe, clean, comfortable and fit for purpose accommodation in which a range of learning, recreation and wellbeing activities and events can take place. Thus, enhancing the lives of the people living or visiting North Ayrshire."

We have meeting rooms, function halls, sports venues and various packages including kids parties and wedding packages available for bookings throughout North Ayrshire. Our venues provide safe and comfortable accommodation that can host a variety of educational, social and recreational activities.

Book a venue

We require a minimum of 14 days notice for a booking.

Please check availability by emailing communityresources@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before completing an online form. Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking. Please do not make arrangements until you have received a confirmation of booking.

Booking confirmation

We will send confirmation of your booking, and invoice, by email.

Payment

Payments for one off events must be paid 4 weeks in advance. Failure to pay in advance will result in your booking being cancelled and may risk future bookings. Regular bookings are invoiced 2 months in arrears.

Cancel or amend a booking

10 days notice is required, in writing, to cancel a booking. If sufficient notice is not given, the customer will be liable to pay the full booking charge. To cancel or amend a booking email communityresources@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.

Lochshore Hub

With spectacular lakeside views Lochshore Park Hub is available to book to members of the public and community groups.

The £4.2million Kilbirnie facility boasts a community room with a meeting capacity of 60 and offers a flexible and comfortable space to host meetings, training, workshops and small events. There's a self contained kitchen area, table and chairs and space to cater events, onsite parking and a family and dog friendly community café operated by North Ayrshire Council.

Kids Party Packages

Kids party packages cost £180.80 (including VAT) and are available at:

• Ardrossan Civic Centre - 3 hours hall hire, 2 bouncy castles and optional ball swamp
• Volunteer Rooms, Irvine - 3 hours hall hire, inflatable obstacle course and inflatable goal posts

All weather pitch hire

All our pitches are keyholding. Groups will have access to either:

• their own keys
• the key safe number

• Irvine Royal Academy

Cost per hour:

• Adults - £23.85 per hour
• Youth (Under 18) - £15.85 per hour
