Future Housing Developments

The following developments are due to be completed between Autumn 2020 and Spring 2023.

Three Towns (including Arran) development plans 

Caley Court, Stevenston

Number of homes: 15
Start: Spring 2021
Completion: Spring 2022

This development will allow the Health and Social Care Partnership to provide supported accommodation to residents in their own homes with a 24 hour, on site, staff base.

Afton Court, Stevenston

Number of homes: 6
Start: Autumn 2021
Completion: Spring 2022

This development will deliver a mix of one and two bedroom amenity bungalows. 

Irvine / Kilwinning development plans

Corsehillhead, Kilwinning

Number of homes: 7
Start: Autumn/Winter 2021
Completion: Autumn/Winter 2022

This development will deliver a mix of general needs housing and amenity bungalows.

North Coast (Including Cumbrae) developments

St Colm's Place, Largs

Number of homes: 29
Start: Spring 2021
Completion: Autumn/Winter 2022

The existing sheltered housing complex at St. Colm’s Place will be demolished and rebuilt to provide 29 new accessible homes for older people.  

Garnock Valley developments

Garnock Academy, Kilbirnie 

Number of homes: 15
Start: Winter 2021/22
Completion: Spring 2023

This project will deliver a mix of general needs housing, wheelchair liveable properties and amenity bungalows on the site of the former Garnock Academy.
