We have a statutory duty to advertise all applications received by North Ayrshire Licensing Board.

Please note:

  1. Your comment should be signed. If you contact us by email, you should follow this with a signed letter. Otherwise, it is at least possible that your objection or representation will not be taken into account (under some licensing legislation, unsigned comments are automatically discarded).
  2. Petitions are unlikely to be accepted as sufficiently specific. It is better for individuals to send in their own signed and written comments.

Please note: this telephone line is not currently in use however, Licensing staff are able to phone customers who request a call. Requests can be made either via the Contact Centre (01294 310000) or by emailing the Licensing email address detailed above.

Licensing staff are mostly working from home although there is always a staff member in the office in Irvine. If your message is urgent, please contact the general licensing email address above to ensure that it is dealt with. That email address is regularly checked during business hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.45 am to 4.45pm
  • Friday: 8.45am to 4pm

That email address is not checked at weekends or on public holidays.
