Mental health and wellbeing advice

The health and wellbeing of our education community is important to us. We recognise that keeping active and being well promotes positive wellbeing and improved attainment.

It is important we look after our own mental wellbeing and that of those closest to us.

Information on the Community Mapping project is available. This project aims to provide young people (aged 5 to 25) and families with access to quality information and services, and where appropriate advice and counselling signposting opportunities.

We have lots of advice and guidance available on our mental health and wellbeing blog, which is updated regularly so keep checking back.
