Picturesque mature gardens offer an ideal setting for photographs. The ceremonies room accommodates up to 40 guests. Disabled access and facilities are available.

Saltcoats Registration Office

Saltcoats Town Hall has undergone a £3.77 million transformation.
The refurbishment included a dramatic overhaul of the spacious main hall, available for civic functions and weddings. The smaller hall is also available to hire for wedding ceremonies, with rooms for brides and grooms to ready themselves ahead of the big day. The Harbour Suite can accommodate up to 90 guests. For an intimate ceremony, the Sir John Lavery suite can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Photography at your service

Our Registrars understand that your photographer has an important role to play in capturing the special moments throughout your ceremony.

The official photographer, or one nominated guest, will be permitted to take continuous photography throughout the ceremony whilst ensuring that the dignity of the occasion is not compromised. Guests will be given the opportunity to come forward to take photographs once the schedule has been signed.

We are happy to discuss your photography wishes with you and we'll confirm these with the photographer before the ceremony starts.

Personalising your service

You can add a personal touch to your ceremony at all of our venues. We can work with you to make your ceremony feel special. Your registrar will be happy to consider any bespoke requests.
