Change of tenant
Landlords, or Managing Agents, must notify us when a tenant moves into, or out of, a property.
You must ensure that the information provided is accurate and correct. When ending a tenancy, any Council Tax due is calculated to the day before the tenancy end date. For example, if the tenancy end date is 15 July, Council Tax is charged up to and including 14 July. Please consider this rule when entering the tenancy end date on the change of tenancy form.
