Housing plans unveiled for Nursery Place, Ardrossan

A view of a street

Residents and interested parties are being invited to view plans for new homes in Ardrossan.

A total of six new homes will be built at Nursery Place in Ardrossan on the site of the former flatted blocks.

These blocks were demolished after being identified for improvement as part of North Ayrshire Council’s Estate Based Regeneration Programme.

The project will deliver four general needs houses, an amenity bungalow and a bungalow suitable for wheelchair users.

Members of the public are invited to view the plans online.

An event is also being held on Thursday 2 April, from 4pm to 6pm at Ardrossan Civic Centre to allow local residents and interested parties to view the final plans for the site.

To book your place at the event, email developmentandstrategy@north-ayrshire.gov.uk or telephone 01294 324031.

Work is currently anticipated to get under way at Nursery Place later this year, with work taking approximately 12 months to complete.
