  • to plan and support your care

Your consent

Your consent is needed to use Magic Notes. You can say no or change your mind at any time. If you say no, notes will be written by hand or typing.

How your information is kept safe

  • information is kept secure in the UK
  • recordings are kept for up to 60 days and then deleted
  • important notes are saved in your main social care record

Are decisions made by a computer?

No, computers do not make decisions about your care.

People always make decisions.
