Notice of asset transfer request for Hayocks Play Park and surrounding area, Hayocks Hall, Hyslop Road, Stevenston, KA20 4HP
An asset transfer request has been made to North Ayrshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Hayocks Tenants & Residents Association and relates to Hayocks Play Park and surrounding area, Hayocks Hall, Hyslop Road, Stevenston, KA20 4HP
The request is for a lease of Hayocks Play Park and surrounding area.
The proposal for the use of the asset is to extend the existing play park sited next to the Hayocks Community Hall. The organisation’s full application relating to this request can be viewed online at Community Asset Transfer or by contacting the Community Asset Transfer Team on communityassetteam@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.
Anyone may make representations about this request to North Ayrshire Council.
Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.
Representations must be made by 26 May 2026 to communityassetteam@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.
