Notice of asset transfer request for Dalry Public Park (Sports Pavilion (Brick) and Pitches), Braehead, Dalry
An asset transfer request has been made to North Ayrshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Dalry Community Sports Club and relates to Dalry Public Park (Sports Pavilion (Brick) and Pitches), Braehead, Dalry.
The request is for a lease of Dalry Public Park (Sports Pavilion (Brick) and Pitches), Braehead, Dalry.
The proposal for the use of the asset is to have a base from which to consolidate and expand the Parklives initiative, provide modern, fit for purpose sports changing facilities, and to develop Dalry Public Park as a vital outdoor recreational space for the entire community. Anyone may make representations about this request to North Ayrshire Council. Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.
