Take some time for daily exercise

Posted on 11 Apr 2020

If you are not self-isolating, it’s important to take some time for daily exercise. You can take part in fitness classes at home - check out K:A Leisure

If you are heading out, keep your walk, run, cycle or other activity local and remember:

  • Go alone or with members of your household only
  • Keep your distance - stay at least 2m away from others
  • If you're cycling on shared paths, keep your 2m distance, slow down and take your time around others and stop so others can pass if necessary
  • Dogs should be on a lead or under close control, do not let them approach others and as always please pick up and bin dog poo
  • And remember, wash your hands before and after any trips outside

Stay Safe!
