Follow Government advice when exercising

Many of us are taking time to go out for daily exercise.

If you are heading out, keep your walk, run, cycle or other activity local and please follow the Government's social distancing advice:

  • Go alone or with members of your household only

  • Keep your distance - stay at least 2m away from others

  • If you're cycling on shared paths, keep your 2m distance and:
    -   Slow down and take your time around others
    -   Stop so others can pass if necessary

  • Dogs should be on a lead or under close control, do not let them approach others and as always please pick up and bin dog poo.

And remember, wash your hands before and after any trips outside.
