Social distancing and restrictions on Council visits

Posted on 18 Mar 2020

Social distancing and restrictions on Council visits will be introduced as part of a ramped-up response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Rather than popping into our offices, residents can access a number of Council services online including:

➡️ Waste – check bin days, report missed bins, litter and fly-tipping and book uplifts
➡️ Council Tax – make payment and view your account
➡️ Housing – request a repair and view rent account
➡️ Report faults – lighting and roads
➡️ Request an extract – birth, death, marriage or civil partnership certificates

You can also speak to a member of staff by calling 01294 310000 or emailing contactus@north-ayrshire.gov.uk

Council-wide and Service specific updates are available on our dedicated Coronavirus (COVID-19) webpage.
