Need a space for: an event, meeting, staff training or interviewing? Greenwood Conference Centre has a number of air conditioned rooms that can be adapted to meet your needs. Rooms are equipped with data projection facilities, internet access and a portable loop system.
Conference Hall
Flexible accommodation, round table or theatre style arrangement. Equipped with: video wall presentation screen, 2 LCD screens, 2 handheld microphones and 3 headset microphones.
Information Technology Suite
Networked desktop computers for 1 presenter and up to 12 delegates. Plasma screen display linked to presenter desktop. Colour printing facilities.
Training Room 1
Seats up to 80 delegates theatre style, or up to 50 at tables. Equipped with: projection facilities, wall mounted projector and large screen.
Training Rooms 2 to 5
Rooms seat up to 25 delegates at tables. Rooms 2 and 5 are equipped with projection facilities and smartboard. Rooms 3 and 4 are equipped with a C-Touch 50 inch interactive screen.
Training Room 6
Seats up to 15 delegates. Equipped with projection facilities.
The Lounge
On-site catering can be arranged with room booking.

- Continuing Professional Development collection for North Ayrshire Council employees - including, Management, HSCP and Child Development collections
- Project Loan collections for nursery, primary and ASN schools
- Professional Development collection for EYE staff - including Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing collection
- Access to resources from the British Library collections.
How to find us
Greenwood Conference Centre is accessible by public transport and has parking for up to 200 vehicles. Cycle rack and showering facilities are available.
Opening hours
- Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4.45pm
- Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
The building can be accessed from 8.15am. We ask that, unless you are attending an evening event, the building is vacated by 6.45pm
