Fish

Eglinton Country Park loch provides a beautiful setting for anglers. The 6.5 hectares loch has 18 fishing pegs where you can fish for bream, roach, rudd, perch and pike. Catches of carp and tench have occasionally been reported.

Please note: there are areas of restricted access where water birds nest and feed.

Catch and release only.

Fishing permits

You need a permit to fish at Eglinton Country Park. These can be purchased from the Kilwinning Eglinton Angling Club.
