What is it?
The Young Person’s Guarantee provides 16-24 year olds with an offer of employment, training, education, or volunteering.
North Ayrshire’s young person guarantee will work with a range of partners to ensure that young people in North Ayrshire are connected to opportunities and signposted to people and information that can help, depending on the route that’s best for the young person based on interests, goals and ambitions.
What help does it provide?
The Young Person's Guarantee will provide help with the following:

Kickstart is a programme for young people aged between 16 and 24, who are claiming Universal Credit. We have an excellent Kickstart Programme in North Ayrshire with many vacancies available across a broad range of disciplines.
