North Ayrshire Council aims to provide tenants with relevant and up to date information about the housing service.
Our magazine, approved by tenants, is sent to our tenants free of charge. Tenants are encouraged to contribute articles.
Newsletters can be translated on request. They are available in formats such as Braille, audiotape or large type.

The Tenant Handbook (PDF, 3.56mb) contains tenancy and service information.
The Sheltered Housing handbook is provided for tenants living in sheltered housing accommodation.
Community safety road shows
We hold road shows, with partner agencies, before the Multi Agency Problem Solving Group arrive to work in a specific area.
The Communication and Information Improvement Group approves leaflets with the 'tenant tick'.
Conference and event reports
The Tenant Event working group sends delegates a post conference and event report.
Housing Services DVD
A DVD for new tenants helps people to prepare for the move to their new council home. It explains about services available and tenants' responsibilities.
Our Housing Services Facebook page keeps you up to date with what's new and what's happening with our service. Visit, and 'Like' the page, to get involved in local decision making.
In June 2018 we launched the housing twitter page you can follow us @NAC_Housing.
A television channel, for residents in most high flats, displays information on Housing Services.
Screens are installed in each of the area housing offices, Ardrossan Hostel and the Gypsy Travellers Site.
