What happens after I report something?
Your report will be automatically logged and dispatched to the team that can resolve the issue.
You will receive a notification, through the App, to confirm that your report has been logged. This will include an unique reference number.
You will be notified when the problem has been fixed (if you've reported an issue that is not in our area of responsibility we'll let you know).
