Report It app

The updated Report It app is now available for Apple users from the App Store. If you're an existing user, please download and reinstall the app.

Report the following using your iPhone or Android smartphone:

  • dog fouling
  • fly tipping
  • graffiti
  • potholes
  • road and pavement faults
  • street and lighting faults

Download the app

You can download the app for Android smartphones at Google Play.

iOS users should download and reinstall the app from the App Store.

What happens after I report something?

Your report will be automatically logged and dispatched to the team that can resolve the issue.

You will receive a notification, through the app, to confirm that your report has been logged. This will include an unique reference number.

You will be notified when the problem has been fixed (if you've reported an issue that is not in our area of responsibility we'll let you know).
