Event Early Notification

If you’re planning an event in North Ayrshire, please complete this simple form to give us advance notice of your event. This early notification form will ensure we’re aware of your event and will allow us to check availability of your location on your intended date/s.

This form can be completed at any time, however, to allow sufficient time for planning, licensing and processing of other requirements, please complete this form at least 12 weeks prior to intended date.

Once you have more detailed information about your event, we will ask that you then complete the Event Notification form. We’re happy to support you throughout the event planning process and can help with any questions that you might have.
