Below is a list of application forms you may or may not need during the progress of your project. We have tried to make all of our forms available in Microsoft word and PDF format.
Your warrant will have been assessed under one of 2 building acts. Either the Building (Scotland) Act 1959 or the Building (Scotland) Act 2003. If your application for building warrant was submitted to us before 1st May 2005 then it will have been assessed under the 1959 Act. All applications received after this date are assessed under the 2003 Act.

Electrical Compliance Certificate under the 2003 Act is provided by the on-site electrician. Any electrical work carried out during building works will require certification. Please note we can only accept certificates from SELECT or NICEIC approved electricians.
