Care at Home
We can offer you care in your own home if you require assistance with personal care such as washing or dressing, or other practical daily living tasks.
We can offer Reablement if you require short-term intensive support to cope in your home.
We assess your needs and whether you are eligible (Word 21.5KB) for this service. You can ask for this assessment by contacting your local Social Services Office. If you don't meet the eligibility criteria, we will give you advice on where you can access the services from a private or voluntary provider.
A confidential financial assessment will also be carried out to find out if there is a charge for the service. This also includes a benefit check which may maximise your income.
