North Ayrshire Community Health Partnership
North Ayrshire Community Health Partnership, or CHP for short brings closer working arrangements between North Ayrshire Council, NHS Ayrshire & Arran, the voluntary sector and members of our local communities. They come together to improve the health of people in North Ayrshire and are responsible for managing and delivering community-based health care services.
The key focus for NHS Services in North Ayrshire are:-

Local Planning and working groups
The CHP Committee| approves the work of the 4 groups and provides them with strategic direction. The Officer Locality Groups, for Adults and Older People, and Children and Young People are the driving force for change and action, with the CHP Forum as the consultative body.
The CHP Committee reports to the Community Planning Partnership Board|, North Ayrshire Council Executive Group| and Ayrshire & Arran Health Board|. They are responsible for the Health Sections of the Community Planning Partnership Single Outcome Agreement (SOA).|
