Assisted Pull Out Service
If you are having difficulty putting your grey, blue or black box out for collection then you can apply for an assisted pull out. This is where our refuse collectors will wheel your bin out from your property and return it to your property after it is emptied.

An assessment will be carried out by our waste awareness officer, which if granted, will be reassessed yearly. Please note you may have to provide medical evidence.
Those residents who are on a pull out service will get their blue bins and black boxes emptied monthly. The grey bin will be emptied fortnightly.
