Money and Bank Cards
Pay by direct debit, win £200 - simple!

If you opt to pay your rent and council tax by direct debit you could be in for a £200 windfall. A new campaign to encourage residents to pay by direct debit has been launched – with one lucky person receiving £200 of high street shopping vouchers.

Direct Debit is the simplest and most convenient way for residents to pay their rent and council tax. There's no fiddling about with cheques or credit cards - payments are made from your bank or building society so you don’t have to remember to contact the office and pay.

Direct debit payments can now be made on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

To sign up to the direct debit option, ring one of the direct debit hotline below and set up your agreement easily over the phone. All you need is your bank details, or alternatively visit any local housing office and pick up an application form.
