Tenants invited to comment on Strategy
Housing Services in partnership with tenants have produced a Tenant Participation Strategy for 2011-2014, which replaces the 2007-2010 version. The strategy demonstrates the Council's continuing commitment to tenants, to involve them in the decision making processes affecting properties they live in and details the way tenants can get involved and the levels of support the Council will provide to them.
We welcome the contribution that tenants have made to the development of this strategy. We know that only through meaningful and effective tenant involvement we can improve the services that we provide.
We hope tenants find it useful and would be grateful if you would take some time to read the
draft strategy and complete a
short questionnaire. This is your opportunity to tell us if what you think about the strategy.
We will consider all of the comments submitted in the questionnaires. Feedback on this consultation will be publicised in a future issue of Tenancy Matters and on our website.
