The A78 is closed at Skelmorlie because of a damaged water main. It will remain closed over the weekend and hopefully open on Monday August 3.
Southbound traffic proceed via the A761 Port Glasgow to Johnstone, A737 Johnstone to Lochwinnoch, A760 Lochwinnoch to Largs then A78 Largs to Skelmorlie.
Northbound proceed A760 Largs to Lochwinnoch, A737 Lochwinnoch to Johnstone, A761 Johnstone to Port Glasgow, A978 Port Glasgow to Skelmorlie.
