Do It Online
As part of National Customer Service week, North Ayrshire Council will be hosting a series of events to raise awareness of free and convenient online services.
Throughout the week, members of staff will be hosting demonstrations of online services at the Rivergate Shopping Centre to show customers just how easy it is carry out transactions online.
Customers can already pay for things like school meals, business rates and rent, request services and report faults such as broken street lights 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the Council's website.
And on Tuesday, 4 October, staff will be showing customers how to view their council tax account online -demonstrationing just how easy it is, and from next month customers can sign up and use this new service.
For the rest of the week, experienced staff will be on hand to give customers a run-through of the various online services and will be asking local people for feedback on web-based transactions to help shape services in the future.
