 National Customer Service Week (Oct 5 to 11)

 

North Ayrshire Council's Customer Services team are keen to hear your views on the service you currently receive from us and if you think there are ways we can improve it.

 

In order to make giving your opinions easier we've set up a number of initiatives during National Customer Service Week (Oct 5 to 11).

These include:

  • Telling us over the phone tel: 0845 603 0596
  • Looking up and writing to us via the Contact Us facility
  • Following us on Twitter
  • Recording in our video pod at the Rivergate Shopping Centre on Monday, Oct 5

 

John Barrett, Assistant Chief Executive (Business Change & Customer Service) said: " To date we are delighted at how highly satisfied you are with our customer service but we are always looking at ways to make it even better so please, don't hesitate to get in touch. National Customer Service Week started in 2001 with 20 organisations. Today its membership numbers thousands of companies and public sector bodies.
