How do I apply for an amenity or sheltered house?

You need to apply to the North Ayrshire Housing Register (NAHR) by filling in an application for housing.  Select 'sheltered' or 'amenity' housing when you get to the relevant question on the form.  If you have health issues that impacts on the type of housing you need you also need to fill in an accessible housing assessment.

Once the area housing office has processed you housing application, a member of staff will visit you at home within 6 weeks to complete our assessment
