Housing and Homeless Service Standards
Our Housing Service aims to give you a service we can be proud of. We are committed to having high standards, which will meet the needs of our customers.
We have listened to your comments about our service and, after consulting with tenants' and residents' associations in the area, we have agreed the standards of service you can expect from us.
Monitoring and reporting on our performance
We will use a range of methods to measure our performance and see whether we are meeting our standards. These methods include making regular checks, carrying out tenant satisfaction surveys and using tenant inspectors to test our services.
We will publish details of how are are doing in our annual performance report, our tenants' newsletter, on our website and in our local offices.
How you can help us
