Concierge Service
Concierge Service provides a comprehensive resource to residents of the multi-storey flats in Irvine and a reduced service for the multi-storey flats at the remote site in Saltcoats. Services include; monitor of smoke alarms and responding to smoke activation, door entry control, intercom communications with the residents, extensive janitorial services and monitoring of an extensive CCTV system. The CCTV system operates various areas around the multi-storey flats and 5 remote sites: Broomlands, Parterre, North and South Vennel, Towerlands, and Saltcoats.
The Concierge service is operational 24 hours each day and 365 days each year from a built for purpose reception at the Irvine multi-storey flats. The service has 12 full time employees, divided into 4 watches.
