Transition between schools
We support pupils when moving between nursery and primary schools or primary and secondary schools to ensure that pupils are prepared for the transition.
We achieve this through nursery-primary and primary-secondary liaison.
Clusters of schools/nurseries (including partner nurseries) liaise to ensure appropriate:

Joint staff development

Induction programmes for children and young people.
We support and monitor cluster arrangements.
