Personal Empowerment - these workshops can help build your confidence and personal/social awareness through discussion and reflection. Topics include:

Communication Skills - these workshops provide support for the development of effective listening and speaking skills, especially for interviews and presentations. Topics include:

Literacy Skills - these workshops are taught by experienced literacy tutors and aim to help you brush up on your writing skills. Areas covered include:

All levels are welcome. Support is flexible to individual needs. Reading and numeracy support also available on request.
Computing Taster - if you are new to computers and the internet, or you do not feel confident in using them, these workshops could help. Support is available for:
