Council minutes, reports and agendas
The Agendas, Reports and Minutes of all meetings of North Ayrshire Council and its Committees are available on this website (unless subject to exemption). Agendas and reports go back to mid 2000 whilst minutes go back to 1996. Documents are organised to match the administrative periods of particular Councils.
Agendas and reports are usually posted on the website three days before the meeting in question. Items of business exempted under Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 are not included.
Members of the public and press have statutory rights (PDF 41.5Kb) in relation to attending meetings of the Council and meetings of the committees and sub committees of the Council, and to inspect and copy documents submitted to committees.
