Moving Out of Your Home
You should tell us :

if someone joins or leaves the household

if you change your address

if the property becomes empty and unfurnished

if there is any other change that may affect your entitlement to reductions
It is your responsibility to notify us when you move to a new home or move out of your existing home.
In order to close your account if you have changed address we will require the following information:
Owning Your Property

the date the sale of the property was completed

the new owners full name

your forwarding address

the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished
Renting Your Property

the date your tenancy agreement ended

your landlord or managing agents name and address

your forwarding address

the exact dates for any period the property was empty and unfurnished
