Moving into Your Home
In order to open a Council Tax account we will require the following information:
If you own the property:

the date the purchase of the property was completed

the previous owner's forwarding address if known

the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished
If you rent your property:
-
the date your tenancy agreement started
-
your landlords or manageing agents name and address
-
the exact dates for any period that the property was empty and unfurnished
It is your responsibility to notify us when you move to a new home or move out of your existing home.
