Performance Indicator Types

  • Aim to Minimise - our aim is to reduce this value
  • Aim to Maximise - our aim is to increase this value
  • Goldilocks - our aim is to maintain this value in a certain range   

 

Annual Performance Report

An annual performance report has been prepared for 2010/11 to provide a balanced view of the Council's progress in achieving the Council's objectives. This report includes the SPIs specified by Audit Scotland and a range of KPIs identified by Council Services.

These reports provide performance information on the SPIs specified by Audit Scotland .
