The Council Plan explains where we want to be as a Council and our proposals for getting there over the next three years. The purpose of the Council Plan is to set out our vision, core objectives and key actions so that they are clear to the general public, to Council employees, to our community planning partners, and to outside scrutiny bodies. The Council Plan Action Plan 2011/12 (PDF 336Kb) highlights activity against the Council Plan 2010/13 for this year.
Service Plans 2011/12
Service plan sets out what departments want to deliver in the coming year. Service Plans are the overarching plan for achieving Service's key objectives i.e. delivering high-quality, cost-effective and appropriate services to local people.
Service Plan Progress Reports 2011/12
Service Plan Progress Reports are updated on a 6-monthly basis and they provide progress information against Service Plan. The following Executive Summaries describe the position as at 30 September 2011:
