The Benefits Service deals with claims for Housing Benefit |and Council Tax Benefit |for residents of North Ayrshire.
We are carrying out a Customer Satisfaction Survey |to help us understand how we can better serve our customers. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey on line. The results of the survey will be posted on our website, and at our office at Cunninghame House. We plan to do this every quarter.

We also monitor complaints, suggestions and compliments received to help us deliver the service you want. The findings| (PDF, 24KB) for the period 1 April 2010 to 30 June 2010 are on this website.
In North Ayrshire, the Housing Benefit Scheme is not administered by the housing department but by the Benefits Service| (PDF, 76KB).
