• General information on the centre, its aims and objectives, what is provided, accommodation, catering, and staffing. This can be distributed to staff & parents.
• Our charges for 2009
• Booking Confirmation
• Course Participants Form – this must be submitted 6 weeks prior to attendance
• Parents/ Guardians Information
• Visiting Staff Responsibilities this is for party leaders
• Insurance Information which describes the insurance provision offered to users of the Arran outdoor Education Centre by the North Ayrshire Council – This must be provided to everyone attending an Outdoor Education Course.
• Parental/ Guardians Consent Form this must be completed before any child can participate in an activity and it must be sent prior to arrival on Arran.
• Adult Consent Form this must be completed by all adults participating in an Outdoor Education Course and sent prior to arrival on Arran.
• Clothing & Equipment List
• Medical Administration Form which allows clients the opportunity to disclose any medication. Any serious medical conditions should be disclosed at least 6 weeks in advance. For some participants further medical information may be required from a specialist/ doctor regarding any special conditions/ illnesses etc.
• Dormitory Plan which is intended to aid Party Leaders in the organisation of the accommodation.
