Insurance Information which describes the insurance provision offered to users of the Arran outdoor Education Centre by the North Ayrshire Council – This must be provided to everyone attending an Outdoor Education Course.

Parental/ Guardians Consent Form this must be completed before any child can participate in an activity and it must be sent prior to arrival on Arran.

Adult Consent Form this must be completed by all adults participating in an Outdoor Education Course and sent prior to arrival on Arran.

Clothing & Equipment List

Medical Administration Form which allows clients the opportunity to disclose any medication. Any serious medical conditions should be disclosed at least 6 weeks in advance. For some participants further medical information may be required from a specialist/ doctor regarding any special conditions/ illnesses etc.

Dormitory Plan which is intended to aid Party Leaders in the organisation of the accommodation.
