Registration for the service is open to any child. Each child will be escorted from their primary school and taken to their allocated Out of School Care venue. Escorts and/or transport will only be provided from the named schools within each town. Parents/guardians of children out with these schools will be responsible for their own child's transport to the venue.
-
Places must be booked in advance and we must have a completed and signed Registration Form before we accept any child.
-
Places are booked in advance for each term and a booking form should be completed.

If the parents wish the children to make their own way home this must be stated on the Registration Form with the exact time they should leave. Standards and Safety
The service will, at all times, operate to the highest standards of safety and quality. All staff are vetted and experienced in a range of children's work.
Programmes will be developed in advance and in consultation with the children.
All aspects of the service will operate within the guidelines and policies of North Ayrshire Council Educational Services and the National Care Standards.
Our aim is to offer an exciting and appropriate programme of activities to the children attending, delivered in a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
Parental involvement will be actively encouraged and staff will be happy to speak to parents on an individual basis at any time.
