APPENDIX 1RECOMMENDATION FOR PLANNING APPLICATION REF NO 08/00524/PPGrant subject to the following conditions:-
1. That, prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority details or samples of the proposed external finishes.
2. That, within one month of occupation of the extended dwellinghouse or by the 26th August 2010, whichever date is the earlier, the temporary siting of the caravan shall discontinue, the caravan removed and the site restored to the satisfaction of North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority.
3. That, prior to the commencement of the development, the extended dwellinghouse shall be provided with an adequate and wholesome water supply, details of which shall be submitted for the written approval of North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority.
4. That, prior to the commencement of the development, a plan illustrating the proposed scheme of surface water drainage shall be submitted for the written approval of North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority. Thereafter, the scheme as may be approved shall be implemented to the satisfaction of North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority prior to the occupation of the extension.
The reason(s) for the above condition(s) are:-
1. In the interest of the amenity of the area.
2. To reflect the need for the mobile home on a temporary basis only.
3. To ensure that the development is served by an adequate water supply.
4. To meet the requirements of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
