2. Ayrshire Joint Structure Plan and Transportation Committee

Submit report by the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Regulatory) on the revised Minute of Agreement between North, South and East Ayrshire Councils in respect of Structure Plan and Transportation functions within Ayrshire (copy enclosed).
