1. Minutes Confirmed

If so resolved, confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 20 September 2001 (copy enclosed).
2. Petitions

If any, notice of which has been given in terms of Standing Order No. 18.
3. Deputations

In terms of Standing Order No. 17, the Convener has agreed that the Council will receive a deputation consisting of not more than 3 persons who wish to make representations to the Council in respect of the decision of the Planning Sub Committee of Corporate Services Committee on 1 October 2001 to grant outline planning permission for a wood-fired renewable energy plant with associated engineering works at Hawthorn Quarry, Dyemill Forest, Isle of Arran.
