CPP Performance Management Framework
Progress in implementing the Single Outcome Agreement is monitored via the CPP Performance Management Framework. This allows for progress against each of the Single Outcome Agreement Actions to be reported quarterly. Progress against the Single Outcome Agreement Indicators is measured and reported annually.
The Single Outcome Agreement Action Plan is revised annually. Targets are also reviewed annually, as part of revising the Action Plan.
It is intended that a new web-based performance reporting tool will be developed to illustrate the CPP's progress in implementing the Single Outcome Agreement, similar to the Scottish Government's Scotland Performs website|.
