Growth Programme
Our Growth Programme assists new and developing businesses with advice, consultancy and a grant fund to help overcome growth restraints. The programme is available to any business in North Ayrshire provided they clearly demonstrate a growth potential.
It will assist with areas such as:

Developing and implementing an e-business strategy

Assisting the business to improve customer and supplier communications and systems by introducing a new technology into the business

Assisting businesses achieve improved resource and energy efficiency

Assisting the owner of the business overcome any barriers to growth.
The grant programme will support businesses in North Ayrshire to train new and existing employees. It addresses issues of skills and growth development. The programme will assist in 3 areas:

Employment Sustainability: training required to develop or sustain basic employment skills, bridging the gap from unemployment to employment.

Workforce Development: developing new skills required to sustain or increase growth potential of the business.

Entrepreneurial skills for management and business start-up: Providing business management with entrepreneurial ways of adding business growth through the use of new technology, e-business, improved supply chain, more skilled/innovative management practices and succession planning.
North Ayrshire 4 funding provides information on grants and funding which is available to the voluntary and community sector, businesses and social enterprises.
