CPP Performance Management Framework
Progress in implementing the Single Outcome Agreement is monitored via Covalent, a web-based monitoring system. This allows for progress against each of the Single Outcome Agreement actions to be reported quarterly. Progress against the Single Outcome Agreement indicators is measured and reported annually. There are also a range of quarterly indicators which are monitored and reported on throughout the year.
The Single Outcome Agreement Action Plan is revised annually. Targets are also reviewed annually, as part of revising the Action Plan.
